Dear Mr. Starbard,

It is 3:14 A.M.!

We write this on behalf of the continuing situation of the Vashon Park District and the Field Project next door here on Vashon Island.

While this is being composed there are neighbors that are none too pleased with the generator that has been rumbling, vibrating, stink exhaust along all night and day.

When and where are we to go on this matter if not the Director of the DDES to find relief?  Why is there a need to run a generator 7 days a week?

Please can the DDES help us in this matter the noise and vibration is causing sleep deprivation and the exhaust is smelly and pollution?
